What this site collects

Nothing. This page is a static site: there are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no cookies and no tracking of any kind. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What a demo request sends

When you use the demo form, your mail client opens with a message addressed to the studio. The name, email, company and note you typed are sent by your own mail client — they never travel through this site, and this site never stores them. If your client is configured to send a copy, that copy goes to the address you entered.

The hosting of this site

The site is served as static files. Like any web server, the host records ordinary request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for operational and security purposes. Those logs are held by the host and are not used to build a profile of the visitor.

The product itself

This statement covers the marketing site only. How Contextum itself handles documents, embeddings and tenant data is documented with the product and governed by the agreement signed with the customer — the platform stores the name, size and hash of a file in its logs and never the document content, and the tenant is derived from the access key rather than from the request.
